MARKO JARIĆ 2011. AWARD

 

 

Professor Dr. Dejan Stojković from State University New York in Buffalo (SUNY) got the prestigious award for physics Marko Jarić for 2011 year. The award is known as "National Nobel Prize for Physics" is given for:

"For his significant contribution to the analysis of the dynamics of black holes in multidimensional cosmological models, as well as for the development of experimental method Black Max for Large Hadron Collider in CERN for the first time to detect the effects of quantum gravity (mini black holes).

Stojković was nominated for the prize from the IPB where he M.Sc. 1994 under the supervision of Dr. Aleksandar Bogojević with thesis "Nonsingular Black Holes in Dilaton Gravity".
